Refund Policy

At The Pins Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that occasionally situations arise where a return or refund may be necessary. Please carefully read and understand our return and refund policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing and Shipping:

For standard orders, the production time will be 15 business days from the date of artwork approval. After production, shipping may take up to 15 days for delivery. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

2. Refunds for Product Damage:

We ensure our products leave our facility in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll promptly resolve the issue and provide a refund if necessary. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item to initiate the refund request. However, please note that for a smooth resolution process, kindly inform us within two days of order delivery. After this period, we may not be liable for any refund related to the damaged product.

3. False Notifications or Non-Delivery Claims:

If you receive a false notification or if the courier tracking page shows that the package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us via email within 2 days of the stated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and try to help resolve the matter. However, after the initial 2-day period, The Pins Store will not be liable for connecting with the courier partner to resolve the issue. The customer will be responsible for contacting the courier directly and seeking assistance.

4. Custom Duty Charges:

For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Pins Store is not responsible for any customs charges incurred during the importation of our products. If the package is held in customs, it is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the customs authorities to clear the package.

5. Incorrect Orders:

 If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before artwork approval. Once the artwork is approved, we cannot process cancellations.

7. Return Shipping:

 The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for any products that are returned due to damage or defect.

8. Governing Law:

 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delhi, and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of India.

9. Refund Policy for Express and Rush Orders:

If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe for Express orders, we'll refund the price difference between these services and standard delivery.

10. Standard Order Refund Policy:

For our standard orders, we make every effort to meet the delivery timeframe specified on our website. In the event of a delay, however, we do not offer refunds for the delayed shipment.

11.  Refund Timeframe:

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 2-3 working days. Once processed, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

12. Shipping Timeframe: 

We have the same policy for both domestic and international orders, as mentioned in point number 1.

To claim a refund for damaged products or report false notifications/non-delivery claims, customers must contact us via email at orders@thepinsstore.com within the specified time frames mentioned in points 2 and 3 above.

When contacting us for a refund or reporting an issue, please provide your order details, images of the damaged item (if applicable), and any other relevant information to expedite the process.
